- Identity & eligibility data: date of birth, age confirmation, and information required to confirm you may lawfully purchase the items in your cart.
- Payment data: processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location.
- Communications: messages you send to customer support and marketing preferences.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Process orders and coordinate firearm transfers with your selected Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
- Verify age and eligibility under federal, state and local law.
- Provide customer service, fraud prevention, and order updates.

- Send transactional emails and, with your consent, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Comply with subpoenas, court orders, ATF requests, and other legal obligations.
3. When We Share Information
- FFL dealers: When you purchase a firearm we share the information your FFL dealer needs to complete the transfer (your name, contact info, and order details).
- Payment processors, shipping carriers, fraud-screening providers, and IT vendors acting on our behalf under contract.
- Law enforcement and regulators when required by valid legal process or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Successors in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (California CCPA/CPRA, Virginia VCDPA, Colorado CPA, EU/UK GDPR, and other state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. The site is not directed to anyone under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. Purchasing firearms requires you to be at least 18 (long guns and ammunition for long guns) or 21 (handguns and handgun ammunition) under federal law, with stricter limits in some states.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS, access controls, encryption at rest where applicable) but no system is 100% secure.
