These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RiffleExchange.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old (21 for handguns and handgun ammunition).
- You are not prohibited under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any state or local law from possessing firearms or ammunition.
- You will provide accurate, current information when registering and at checkout.
2. Firearm Purchases & FFL Transfers
Federal law requires all firearms to be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. You are responsible for selecting an FFL dealer authorized to receive the firearm in your state and for completing the ATF Form 4473 background check in person at that dealer. Title and risk of loss for firearms pass to you upon delivery to your FFL.
3. State, Local, and Magazine Restrictions
We will not ship items that are unlawful in your destination state, county, or city. Restrictions vary and may apply to specific firearms, magazine capacities, ammunition types, suppressors, and configuration features. It is your responsibility to know and obey the laws that apply to you. See our Compliance & State Restrictions page.
4. Pricing, Availability & Orders
- Prices, descriptions and availability may change without notice. Typos and pricing errors may occur; we may cancel and refund affected orders.
- Submitting an order is an offer to buy; the order is accepted only when we ship the item or send a confirmation of shipment.
- We may cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, FFL verification failure, or legal restrictions.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by our third-party provider at checkout. You authorize that provider to charge the payment method you supply for the full order total, including taxes and shipping.

7. Prohibited Conduct
- Reselling, transferring, or shipping firearms or ammunition you purchase here in violation of law.
- Straw purchases on behalf of any other person.
- Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or to harass others.
- Scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the operation of the Site.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, product images, and code, is owned by RiffleExchange.com or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Firearms and ammunition are inherently dangerous. You assume all risk of use, storage, and handling.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIFFLEEXCHANGE.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiffleExchange.com from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of any product purchased.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration on an individual basis in Travis County, Texas, except either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
